Stepford Woodland site is located in a scenic area of Dumfries & Galloway situated just off Stepford Road in a rural but accessible location.

The site occupies a lovely rural location with newly planted trees and bounded by the Cairn Water. Planning permission has been granted for the erection of a storage shed with approximate measurements of 9.32m x 5.18m with a height of 9.14m incorporating a roller shutter door and personnel door. The development site amounts to about 3.45 acres with new trees having recently been planted around the boundaries. The site is bound by the Cairn Water on one side.
