Laightown Cottage benefits from a range of modern outbuildings, which are currently utilised for a successful pet boarding business. The older block has 12 kennels in total:

A total of 22 kennels, current rates are £15 per day for a single dog, £25 a day for two sharing, and £32 for three sharing. All dogs sharing a kennel must be from the same household.

Given that the seller is the sole manager of the kennels, they only board what they are able to handle alone.
