Barbain is located just on the outskirts of the pretty village of Kirkpatrick Durham, a rural yet easily accessible area of Dumfries & Galloway.

This charming, surprisingly spacious detached cottage has been in the same ownership since the 1970’s and occupies a countryside location surrounded by farmland.
